Introduction

We made this one night but didn't have mozzerella, so substituted shredded colby jack cheese, and we also grilled the chicken first. Was much zingier! We decided we liked it this way better. Ingredients

    12 Pasta, Lasagna Noodles
    1.5 Ragu Classic Alfredo Sauce
    4 Chicken Breast filets
    16 oz frozen Broccoli
    1/2 cup Milk
    24 ozCottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat
    16 oz Cheese: Mozzerella, Fresh,
    2 cans (4 oz) Mushrooms

Directions

Partially cook noodles. Boil chicken til done in seasoned water and dice. Partially cook broccoli, I throw mine in the bag in the microwave for 8 min. Mix 8 oz cheese, cottage cheese, alfredo sauce, chicken, and broccoli in large mixing bowl. Spray lasagna pan, put layer of noodles and then layer of sauce until all in pan. Top with rest of the cheese, cover and cook in 350 degree oven for 45 min. Uncover and cook for an additional 15. Remove from oven and let set for at least 20 min to allow to set up. Cut into 12 pieces and serve.
