Southwestern Egg Rolls
1 can Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
1 can Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
2 Grilled Chicken Breasts (bone and skin removed)
2 Roma Tomatoes
.5 cup sautéed onions
1 cup Mexican/Fiesta Blend Shredded Cheese
15 Nasoya Egg Roll Wraps
Mix beans, corn, chicken, chopped tomatoes, sautéed onions and shredded cheese.
Divide filling evenly amoungst egg roll wrappers and wrap using a bit of water to seal edges.
Spray baking sheet with olive oil spray and place egg rolls on sheet. Spray tops of egg rolls with light mist of olive oil spray.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees, then turn over and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Makes 15 egg rolls.
