    1 cup yellow corn meal
    11/4 cup white flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/3 cup margarine
    1 egg
    1 cup milk


Mix together dry ingredients. Cut in margarine then add milk and egg and stir until just mixed. Bake in greased muffin cups until golden.
