Introduction

Recipe from Clean Eating Magazine. You will get 10-12 2 " squares from the pan. This recipe does not call for any salt, but it needs it, 1 tsp or so would be perfect. Ingredients

    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. stone ground cornmeal
    1 tbsp baking powder
    2 egg whites, whisked
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp paprika

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cornmeal, and baking powder. Then whisk in egg whites, milk and paprika.

3. Spray an 8-10" baking pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 20 min or until golden brown on top. Cut into 2" squares.
