Protein Waffles

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 scoops Solgar Whey Protein Isolate, Vanilla Bean
    1/2 cup egg sub (or 4 egg whites)
    1 pkt instant oatmeal, prepared w/water
    1/8 c. whole wheat flour

Directions

*WARNING-be advised, this recipe is packed with a lot of protein, not a lot of taste*
Breakfast after a hard workout.

Heat waffle iron and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl. Use a 1/2 c. measuring cup to scoop mixture into waffle iron. Makes slightly more than 4 waffles, however, 4 waffles is 1 serving.
Cook until golden.
Top with sugar free syrup, butter substitue, and a small sliced banana. Forks up!
