Garlic, 6 cloves, minced
Tomato Paste, 1 tbsp.
Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
Parsley, 10 sprigs, roughly chopped
Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
salt and pepper to taste
Serving Suggestion: These are really good on lightly grilled thomas multigrain light english muffins with a smear of non fat plain yogurt, a dash of dijon mustard, and a large lettuce leaf and tomato.
