Brussel Sprouts




Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 bag, (16 oz) frozen brussel sprouts
    Water
    3 T light butter
    salt to taste

Directions

Place brussel sprouts in pan
Add water, enough to cover brussel sprouts about 1/2 way up
Cover and heat on medium/high heat till sprouts are at desired consistency
Watch to make sure water doesn't boil out.

My family likes them cooked soft, hence the 15 minute cook time, adjust as needed.
A serving is approximately 6 brussel sprouts
