    * 1/2 cup brown sugar
    * 1/4 cup white sugar
    * 3/4 cup of Splenda

    * 2 cup raw zucchini, shredded
    * 1 cup mashed ripe banana (i used 2 whole bananas)

    * 1/4 tsp baking powder
    * 1 tsp baking soda
    * 1 tsp salt
    * 1 tbl ground cinnamon
    * 1 cup mini chocolate chips

    Combine the eggs, sugars, oil, vanilla, and applesauce. Add the banana and zucchini and mix well. Add the remaining dry ingredients (everything but the chocolate chips) and mix until combined. Then stir in the chocolate chips.

    Zucchini is on sale at the grocery store this week. Iím stocking up and grating it to go in my freezer. These are super easy to make and very yummy.

  • Tried this today and it turned out great. I didn't have splenda so I used regular white sugar instead. Also, I reduced the amount of cinnamon to 1 teaspoon instead of 1 tablespoon.
