2 cups of each of the following vegetables roughly chopped:
- fresh green beans
- green pepper
- red potatoes
2 ears of corn cut off the cob
8 oz cooked and drained lean ground beef
1/2 cup white rice
salt / pepper to taste
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1 1/2 tablespoons beef boullion
Sufficient water to cover all ingredients.
