Introduction

Use on your favorite baguettes, pizza, pastas or stir in some low fat sour cream or cream cheese to make a quick spread. Use on your favorite baguettes, pizza, pastas or stir in some low fat sour cream or cream cheese to make a quick spread.

Ingredients

    2 Cups Fresh Basil
    3/4 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
    1/4 C Almonds
    3 tbsp. Grated Parmesan
    3 Cloves Fresh Garlic
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Dried Oregano
    3 tbsp. Water



Directions

Makes approx. 1 cup. Combine all ingredients in food processor. Use on pizzas, pastas, and breads. Mix a spoonful into low fat cream cheese or low fat sour cream for quick dips and spreads. Use your imagination!

  • This is AWESOME recipe! Our's made 10, 1 Tbsp servings. The only change was 1/2 Tbsp Extra Viring Olive oil it to spread more easily. This is going to become a favorite! - 2/6/10

  • this is a perfect base for a quick meal...toss it with some cooked,cubed chicken breast, penne pasta and garnish with a little parmasean cheese.....the whole family is happy!!! - 9/23/09
