Homemade tomato soup

Introduction

My husband enjoys soup but not cooked veggies. So I came up with this tomato soup to send in his lunch everyday. Sometimes I add a little leftover chicken or taco meat, if I need to use it up, but mostly this soup can stand on it's own. Very nutricious and delicious. Ingredients

    1 Medium sweet onion, roughly chopped
    2 Stalks celery, roughly chopped
    1 TB Parsley Flakes
    1 TB Poultry Seasoning - Lawry's
    3 Chicken Boullion Cubes
    1 Bag Coleslaw Cabbage
    1 8oz Sliced fresh/canned Mushrooms
    1 10oz bag of Frozen cooked potatos or Froz Broc/crts/clfr
    1 10oz bag Frozen Cut Green Beans
    1 10oz bag Frozen Corn
    1 48oz. Low sodium V8 Vegetable Juice
    shake of worchestershire sauce or soy sauce for flavor

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the crook pot and set on high for 2 hours. Then put on low over night. Done!
