Introduction

I'm trying to work on this recipe to reduce the sodium as much as possible and still have a good dressing. This is attempt #1 at lowering the sodium. Ingredients

    12 oz. package medium-firm tofu OR firm SILKEN tofu
    1/4 c. water
    3 T. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 c. miso
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    2 T. brown mustard
    1 tsp. granulated garlic
    1/2 tsp. EACH salt and pepper
    4 dashes Louisiana hot sauce

Directions

Simply blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Makes 16 two-tablespoon servings.
