Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

    2 cups beef broth (or water with beef soup base)
    1/3 c. orzo pasta
    1/3 c. quick cooking barley
    1.5 c. Kroger Garden Blend Fiesta Style vegetables
    6 oz. top sirloin beef steak seasoned and grilled, sliced

Directions

season and grill beef. combine all ingredients and simmer on low for 15 minutes. I actually used the fiesta blend version of veggies, which has kidney, white, and garbanzo beans. Optional: adding fresh herbs from the garden, such as fresh parsley and basil. Serves 3, 1.5 cup servings.
