    1 c skim milk
    1c whole wheat flour
    1/2 c brown sugar
    2 Tbsp flaxseed meal
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 c unsweetened applesauce

Sprinkle the sugar on the tops.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
Remove from pan after 10 minutes and cool on rack. Enjoy!

  • These are very good even without the raspberries. I let the oats soak overnight and made the muffins the next evening. - 9/25/09
