Introductionwith whole wheat flour with whole wheat flour
Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cups plus 1 cup for kneading
active dry yeast, 2 packets
water, .5 cup
splenda, .25 cup
cottage cheese (fat free), 1.5 cups
Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 2 Tbsp
Egg, fresh, 1 large
egg white, fresh, 1 large
mix baking soda, flour, and splenda.
mix eggs, melted butter spread, and cottage cheese together.
add water and yeast to flour, then mix in the eggs and cheese.
Knead dough with flour and let rise for 30 min. Punch down and form into rolls.
bake at 350 for 15 minutes. makes 16 rolls
