Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Crushed Tomatoes, 28 oz can
    Beans, red kidney, 1 can
    1 tsp each chili powder, corriander, tumeric
    dash cayenne
    Maple Syrup, 1 tsp
    1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

Brown turkey breast in dutch oven with garlic for 5 minutes.
Add remainder of ingredients and simmer for 25 minutes.
Makes 5 - 1 cup servings
