Take flour and mix in salt and pepper, Beat meat to tenderize on both sides, take and dip into egg mixture on both sides. Put season flour in fine sifter and one plate, dust plate with flour. Place egged meat on dusted plate and sifted flour on top, turn and dust other side. Place in heated oil and cook till golden brown on both sides.
