Number of Servings: 8


    2 cups cooked chickpeas
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    3 cloves garlic
    2 tbsp peanut butter or tahini
    1 tbsp satay sauce
    2 tbsp oil


Process chickpeas in food processor till smooth. While processor is running, add all other ingredients. Season to taste. Makes 8 x 1/4 cup serves.
