Chicken Fettucine

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 1/2 C Fettucine Pasta
    1/4 large onion, minced
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    3 T flour
    1/2 C milk
    1/2 C water
    1/2 C chicken broth
    1 large grilled or basked chicken breast
    1/2 C grated mozzarella cheese
    1/2 C grated colby cheese

Directions

1. Boil pasta and drain
2. Mince 1/4 of a large onion and saute in 2 tablespoons of butter. When onions soften add 3 cloves of minced garlic.
3. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of flour to mixture and stir. After flour is absorbed and begins to thicken, gradually add milk alternating with water and chicken broth.
4. Add pasta to mixture
5. Shred chicken breast and stir into mixture
6. Stir in grated cheese
