Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins

Introduction

These are simple, cheap, & delicious muffins, good for breakfast and in lunches too. These are simple, cheap, & delicious muffins, good for breakfast and in lunches too.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/4 c. oatmeal
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. white flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 T. baking powder
    1/2 t. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/4 c. blueberries (I use frozen)

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Mix milk, oil and egg in another bowl. Add to oatmeal mixture and stir until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Divide evenly in 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.
