Chile Relleno Balls

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1lb. beef roast
    1 can or fresh chopped green chile to taste
    Cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    Garlic to taste
    Oil for frying

Directions

Boil the roast until it pulls apart easily. Process in a food processor with the green chile, garlic and salt. Crush the crackers to a fine consistancy. Form meat into balls and roll in cracker crumbs. Seperate eggs, beat whites then add yellow to it. Dip the galls in the egg mixture and deep fry.
