IntroductionThis is a partly thick soup, rich in flavor. My Husband said it is wonderful!!! This is a partly thick soup, rich in flavor. My Husband said it is wonderful!!!
2 cups brown rice, uncooked ( Fit & Active instant )
5 cups water
2 8oz. cans cream of chicken soup
2 4oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
6 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim milk shredded
Then place chicken on top, and add the other can of cream of chicken soup, place lid on let cook on high untill chicken is done.
Once chicken is done chop up chicken best you can in crockpot.
Then add both cheeses, and stir.
Makes 12 servings ( 1 cup per serving )
