Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    *Beef, stew meat, cooked, lean, 16 oz (1 pound)
    *Beans - black beans - 15.5 oz., (1 large can)
    *Chili Beans, Bush's Best, in Mild Chili Sauce, 1.5 cup
    *Light Red Kidney Beans (Great Value/Walmart) 1/2 cup = 1 serving, 2.5 serving (1 large can)
    *Rotel MILD Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies -- 1/2 cup = 1 serving, 4 serving (2 cans)
    *McCormick Chili Seasoning 30 % Less Sodium, 3 tbsp (1 package)
    2 cups water

Directions

Put beef, seasoning mix, and water into crockpot and cook on HIGH for two (2) hours.
Add beans and tomatoes, stir well, turn crockpot to LOW and simmer for two (2) hours.
Serves 8.
