Introduction

Ingredients

    Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large (ditch the yolk of one to save calories. this recipe has two yolks included in nutri info).
    *Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese 2 wedges
    Yellow Mustard, 1 TBSP (I use spicy deli mustard)
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    I also like to add a sprinkle of Mrs. Dash onion and herb.

Directions

Boil the eggs, mash them up, add cheese, mash some more, add everything else and finish mashing. Super simple.
