Veggie Loaded Low Cal Soup

Ingredients

    5 cups chicken or veggie broth
    1/2 cup salsa
    1/3 head medium cabbage, chopped
    2 cups bean sprouts
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 medium carrot, chopped
    1/4 cup uncooked pink lentils

Directions

Prepare all items and simmer over stove until cooked through.

Makes about 8 half cup servings.

Add hot sauce if you like it spicy!
