Ingredients

1 (15-ounce) can no-salt-added black beans, drained and rinsed
    3 large eggs
    1/3 cup melted butter
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    pinch of salt
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Whey Low
1/2 cup 72% cocoa chocolate chips

Directions

Method
Preheat oven to 325F.

Spray an 8-inch baking pan with PAM and line with quick release foil.

Rinse beans and drain to remove excess water.

Place the black beans, eggs, melted butter, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla, and Whey Low in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth.

Remove the blade and carefully stir in the chocolate chips.

Transfer mixture to the prepared pan.

Bake the brownies for 25 to 30 minutes, or until just set in the center. DO NOT OVERBAKE! Cool before cutting into 16 squares.
