Introduction

My plan was to duplicate a packaged snack I got at a conference; added the dark chocolate since I've reached goal and am trying to increase calories a bit. My plan was to duplicate a packaged snack I got at a conference; added the dark chocolate since I've reached goal and am trying to increase calories a bit.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 C. Sunflower Seed Kernels, without salt,
    1 C. Soy Nuts
    2 t. Honey
    1 C. Mixed Dried Fruit, Sunmaid, Mixed

    (Add 10 T dark chocolate chips; calories 223, fat 13, carbs 24.7)

Directions

Mix sunflower seeds and soy nuts. Stir in honey. Cook in skillet over medium heat until honey starts to brown just a bit. Pour out onto wax paper to cool. Break up. Add the dried fruit. I package in individual snack-size ziplock bags for portion control. Makes 12 1/4C servings.
