World's easiest "hummus" (serving=1/2 cup)

Introduction

This isn't technically hummus, because there's no tahini in it, but it's a lovely garbanzo spread that hits the hummus spot for me, and is dead easy to make. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can or 2 cups cooked garbanzos
    2 cloves fresh garlic

Directions

Blend together. If you use canned garbanzos, there's enough salt as it is. If you use homemade, you might want to add salt.

Makes about 2 cups, or 4 half-cup servings.
