Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

    3 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/2 cups sliced leeks
    1/2 cup lowfat milk
    4.2 oz. cheddar cheese
    5 tbsp sour cream, low fat
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Layer potatoes with sliced leeks, sprinkle each layer with salt, garlic and pepper. Combine milk and sour cream and pour over each layer. Grate cheese on top of each layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cover until last 30 minutes of baking. makes 6 servings.
