1 C Bran 3/4 C Flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 C brown sugar packed 1/2 tsp baking soda 3/4 C buttermilk 1 egg 1/4 C canola oil 1/2 C raisens
Raisens can be omitted and save 20 calories per muffin.
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix liquids in separate bowl. Make well in center of dry ingredients and pour liquids into it. Stir quickly and only long enough to mix. Fill greased cupcake pan 2/3 full and bake for 25 min
