Whole Grain,Sugar and Dairy Free, Hi Fiber, Hi Protein, MUFFINS

Introduction

great for dieters on the go, I've given this to "non-healthy people and they loved it! Add fruit if desired, but great for people who cannot have any sugar. Wonderful for hypoglycemics, diabetics, low card dieters, and fiber deprived people. Also great pre or post workout snack because its carb and protein content. The best part is that it's portion controlled! :) great for dieters on the go, I've given this to "non-healthy people and they loved it!
