Best Vegan Brownies Ever

Introduction

It took me 2 and a half years to get this right. But it was sooo worth it!! It took me 2 and a half years to get this right. But it was sooo worth it!!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Xanthan Gum
    1 Cup water
    1/2 Cup Soy milk
    1/2 Cup Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread
    1 Cup Granulated Sugar
    1 Cup Flour
    1 Tbsp Baking Powder
    1 Tbsp Baking Soda
    1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    4 Squares Baker's unsweetened dark chocolate
    8 Oreo Cookies

Directions

Pre heat your oven to 375 F.

Take the Xanthan Gum, Water, and Soy milk, and whisk together over low heat in sauce pan, until it looks smooth, (it'll kinda look like boogers), and take off heat

In a different pan melt Earth Balance and Baker's Chocolate together. Then slowly add the melted chocolate to the Xanthan Gum mixture whisking it in as you go.

Mix in the sugar, and vanilla

Slowly shift in flour, baking soda, and baking powder, and mix till smooth.

then take the Oreos, and put them in a zip-lock bag and Smash them to pieces, and then mix them into the brownie batter.

Put batter into a greased pan. (I use silicon pans)

Turn down the oven to 350 F and bake brownies for 35 mins

Makes 24 brownies
