dash each of of baking soda and salt
7T splenda + 1T later
2.5T melted and cooled unsalted butter
1/4c nonfat milk let set with 1t vinegar
3/4T vegetable oil
vanilla flavor
2 large egg yolks
1 large egg white
Directions
I used 1/4 of the ingredients to make a dozen mini-muffins, and yes, they were very fluffy.
