Red Onions, raw, 0.5 medium
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
Salt, 1 tsp
Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
Parsley, 1 tbsp
Basil, 1 tbsp
Garlic, 1 clove
Sage, ground, 0.5 tbsp
balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon
Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
*Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Chop tomatoes, onion, peppers (for spicier salsa leave seeds in jalapeno - for milder salsa discard seeds). Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Cover and chill 3 hours.
