Introduction

Ingredients



    *Beef Shoulder Roast, 1 lb cubed
    Beef stock powder, 2 tsp
    Peas and carrots, frozen, 1 pkg
    Potato, raw, 2 medium
    Flour, white, 1 cup
    Canola Oil, 1/4
    water 3tbs

Directions

mix flour and oil and water, roll with rolling pin to form pie crust top
cube beef
mix beef stock with little flour to thicken
Add potatoes, peas and carrots, beef stock mix and place in a pie tin, cover with pie crust
Place in Nu Wave oven and set for 30 mins
