1 cup low fat soy milk 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoons sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 3 large eggs 1 1/2 cups flour 6 tablespoons melted butter
Place ingredients in blender in order listed. Blend , then let set for 30 minutes in refrigerator.. Place small amount into non stick skillet, rolling pan till bottom is covered. When set, about 3 minutes, turn crepe over cooking anotyh minute. Remove and continue till batter is gone. Remember to place a piece of wax per between each crepe. Serve with a filling of your choice. Approximately 20 crepes
