    Cilantro and yogurt dip (check my recipe for this)
    Tuna

Directions

Mix together and enjoy.
Use it as a base for your tuna salads or a filling for your sandwiches. Add different greens and vegetables to add variety.

    this is great I already do this but it's good to see it here.
    I just try to add some spices to it use plan yogurt or light sour cream , cummin and cilantro go good - 8/31/09

    So far, I wasn't able to stand tuna without the mayo, but since I found this recipe, I don't need mayo anymore.
