Chicken Cordon Blue

Ingredients

    4 chicken breast, pounded out and cut in 1/2
    8 slices light swiss cheese cut in 1/2
    2 slices ham cut in 1/4
    2 eggs scrambled for dipping chicken
    1/2 cup bread crumbs to roll chicken in

Directions

take the 8 pieces of chicken, pounded out and cut in half, and roll up a 1/2 piece of cheese and 1/4 of ham up inside and lock together with several toothpicks. Next dip rolled chicken in eggs and then coat with bread crumbs.

place in glass pan and bake 350 for 30 min. then remove from oven and place the remaining cheese on top of each rolled breast and bake until cheese is melted.
