Introduction

This is a delious fruit smoothie that is low in calories. This is a delious fruit smoothie that is low in calories.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    4 oz. Tropicana 50
    3 oz Yoplait light key lime pie or any flavor you prefer
    1/2 c frozen peaches
    1/2 c frozen raspberries
    couple of ice cubes

    Place all ingredients in a blender and mix till the consitency you like. Enjoy.

  • Great serving size based on the measurements listed. I didn't use key lime yogurt but you can really personalize it any way you see fit. I didn't have ice cubes available but I did have frozen yogurt, so for my frozen icecubes I used a fat free frozen strawberry gogurt worked great. - 6/18/10
