Chicken, cut into parts 1 onion 2 cups shitake mushrooms 6 cloves garlic 4 Tbsp butter 2 tsp basil 1 tsp bay leaf 1 tsp black pepper salt to taste 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste 1 cup white wine 2 oz brandy
Cut chicken into parts, boil in a large cooking pot until cooked (20 minutes). Simultaneously saute butter, onion, garlic and shitake mushrooms in a separate pan. When chicken is cooked, pour off water, add sauted mixture to chicken together with white wine, brandy, tomato paste, basil, bay leaf, pepper, salt. Cook on low for 15 minutes to allow the ingredients to mix thoroughly. Enjoy.
