Ingredients

1 Reduced fat graham cracker crust (8 inches)
1 small pkg sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
1 small pkg sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding
1 small pkg sugar-free instant chocolate pudding
1/2 cup reduced-fat (or fat free) cool whip
    2 tbl chopped pecans
4 cups Fat free milk divided by 1 1/3 cups

Directions

In a mixing bowl beat 1-1/3 cups milk and vanilla pudding on low speed for 2 minutes. Pour into graham cracker crust. In a clean bowl beat 1-1/3 c milk and butterscotch pudding for 2 minutes. Spoon evenly over the vanilla layer, do the same with the chocolate then spread the whipped topping on the chocolate layer and sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (I recommend an hour) and serve. Makes 8 servings.

  • I am not used to the after taste of sugar free products, never having had it on a regular basis. So, I added 1 1/2 tablespoon of organic chocolate powder to the final chocolate pudding to get rid of the after taste. Worked like a miracle. Thanks for the recipe. - 11/7/07
