Ingredients
-
1 box Jiffy Cake Mix, White
1 egg white
1/2 cup water
1 16 oz bag frozen peaches
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Bake in 9" circular pan and cut into 6 equal servings(this was the pan I had on hand).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 9" cakepan with pam butter spray. In a bowl, combine cake mix, egg white, water and mix well with mixer. Pour cake batter in cake pan and drop peaches evenly over batter, and then drop blueberries in last. In a small bowl, combine butter and brown sugar together and crumble with fork, then sprinkle all over the top of cobbler. Lastly, sprinkle cinnamon (eyeball it) over cobbler. Place in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, or you could use whipped cream instead (ice cream/whipped cream not counted in nutrition facts).
