Introduction

Quick, Easy, Low Fat and Filling Soup. Quick, Easy, Low Fat and Filling Soup.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
    1 can Original Rotel (depending on taste can use differnent types)
    1 can Black Beans (have used ranch style beans as well)
    1 can Progresso Minestrone Soup

    Points : 1 cup = 4points

Directions

In good size skillet brown ground turkey and Drain. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to boil. Wait a few minutes before serving.

Added: To top it off with a little bit of cheese and saltine crackers to add even more flavor.
Don't forget to add those extra WW points if you are tracking.

Tip: We freeze the left overs and keep them to take to lunch!
