Spicy Chipotle Shrimp

Introduction

I serve it over pasta I serve it over pasta
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Fat free half and half, .75 cup
    1 chipotle chili ( out of the can not whole can) canned in adobo sauce, 2 tbsp
    shrimp RAW, 16 oz
    McCormick ground cumin, .5 tbsp

Directions

Process or blend half and half, chili
heat skillit with cooking sprayon med heat
Coat shrimp with cumin
Cook shrimp till done
remove shrimp
Lower heat a bit
add chili and half and hald mixture cook till heated through
pour sauce over shrimp
1 serving is: 1/2 cup shrimp and 2 tbl sauce
