Giant Cheese Burger

Introduction

I blended a Weight Watchers recipe with a Betty Crocker recipe and viola! I blended a Weight Watchers recipe with a Betty Crocker recipe and viola!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1lb Ground Turkey
    1 small zucchini, shredded
    1/2 cup shredded mont/jack cheese

    Filling:
    3oz Cream Cheese, softened
    1Tbsp Horseradish
    1Tbsp Yellow mustard

Directions

Mix turkey, shredded zucchini, & shredded cheese. Press one half of meat mixture into bottom of glass 9in round casserole dish. Set other half aside.

Mix filling ingredients; spread to within 1 inch of meat mixture in casserole dish. Shape remaining half of meat mixture into 9 inch circle. Place on cheese mixture; pinch edge together to seal securely.

Bake, uncovered, in 350 oven until done (40 minutes for medium, 50 minutes for well done).
