Introduction

yummy gluten free pikelets with whole grains, yummy gluten free pikelets with whole grains,
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1/5 cup sugar
    1.5 cups gluten free flour
    1 cup rice flakes
    2 tsp gluten free baking powder
    1 tsp of each mixed spice and cinamon
    up to 1.5cups of milk

Directions

whisk the eggs with the sugar and then add dry ingredients and then the milk, mix till smoth, cook on a griddle or frypan with a little butter or spray oil till small bubbles appear on the top, flip and cook other side. This recipe make aprox 20 2 inch pikelets, will make more if you thin the batter more with the milk or make them smaller.
