Introduction

I make this hearty yet healthy chili all the time for my family. It's low in fat, high in fiber and hits the spot every time! Ingredients

    1 can Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
    2 cans Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can Sweet Corn, drained and rinsed
    1 can Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can Diced tomatoes w/ no salt added, drained and rinsed
    2 Cups Chicken Broth
    1 packet Chili Seasoning
    1.5 Cups Diced Onions
    1 lb Ground Turkey, 93% Lean

Directions

Brown ground meat and onions. Combine chicken broth and taco seasoning in crock pot and stir well. Add beans, corn and tomatoes to this mixture, stirring well. When meat and onions are cooked, drain any excess fat then add this to the crock pot as well. Give a final stir and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
