"Cooks.com" Poppy Seed Dressing

This is a GREAT dressing on Spinach Salad with fruits like Pears, Strawberries, or Raspberries. Also great if you add crumbled Blue Cheese! Ingredients

1 sm. onion
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. vinegar
2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. poppy seed
Directions
Place onion in blender and chop. Add sugar, dry mustard, salt and vinegar to onion; blend well. Add salad oil a small amount at a time and blend well after each addition. Pour into jar or container and add poppy seed. Refrigerate. Shake well before pouring over fresh spinach and sliced fruit!
Lighter is better!!!
