Mini Meatloafs

Introduction

Fast-cooking but all the taste of traditional meatloaf. Fast-cooking but all the taste of traditional meatloaf.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/3 C Ketchup
    2 Tbls Brown Sugar
    1 lb Ground Round (Beef)
    1/3 C Bisquick
    Dash of Pepper
    2 2/3 Tbls Finely chopped Onion
    1 Egg

Directions

Mix together Ketchup and Brown Sugar. Set aside about half. Add Beef, Bisquick, Pepper, Onion and Egg. Mix together. Form 4 Mini-loaves, cover with remaining sauce mix and bake on a pan coated with cooking spray at 450 degrees (F) for about 20 minutes.

Makes 4 Servings
