Tammy's Homemade Macaroni & Cheese

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 Cups of Small seashells
    3 Cups of Medium seashells
    4 Tablespoons melted blue bonnet light margarine
    3 cups of ultra skim milk
    1 teaspoon of sea salt
    1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
    1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon of hot sauce
    2 cups of cubed 2% Kraft Velveeta Cheese
    1-1/2 cup of Kraft 2 % Mexican shredded cheddar cheese
    1-1/2 cup of 2% Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Cook shells in boiling water, (do not overcook, Al dente). Drain and pour shells into a large 9" x 13" deep greased baking dish (I spray with Pam). In microwave melt margarine then evenly pour over shells. In a large 4-cup glass-measuring add milk, salt(s), white pepper, black pepper and hot sauce. Spread the cubed Velveeta cheese evenly over the top of the shells, topping with the shredded cheese. In each corner pour the milk until all the milk is distributed. Bake uncovered in a 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
